Mandala of the Day

A mandala — Sanskrit for "circle" — is a sacred geometric symbol representing wholeness, unity, and the cosmos. Found across Buddhist, Hindu, and indigenous traditions, mandalas mirror the cyclical nature of life and the Self at its center.

Each day reveals a new design from a cycle of 21 unique mandalas. Use the Fill bucket to color enclosed regions, or switch to the brush for freehand detail. Your work is saved automatically and continues where you left off.

Morning Spine Wake-Up

Daily 5-Minute Movement

Morning Spine Wake-Up

5 min

Move with your breath — inhale on the open phase, exhale on the round or fold.

  1. 1

    Cat-Cow Circles

    10 slow rounds

Come to hands and knees with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips. On your inhale, drop your belly, lift your chest and tailbone (cow). On your exhale, round your spine toward the ceiling, tucking chin and tailbone (cat). Move slowly and feel each vertebra participating.

  2. 2

    Seated Thoracic Twist

    30 sec each side

Sit cross-legged or in a chair with a tall spine. Place your right hand on your left knee and your left hand behind you. On your inhale, lengthen your spine. On your exhale, rotate gently to the left. Hold and breathe, then switch sides. Keep your hips facing forward.

  3. 3

    Child's Pose with Side Reach

    45 sec each side

From child's pose (knees wide, hips to heels, arms extended), walk both hands to the right side of the mat. Feel the stretch along the left side body from hip to fingertip. Take 5 deep breaths, then walk hands to the other side.

Vitamin C

Nutrient Spotlight

Water-Soluble Vitamin

Vitamin C

Potent antioxidant that supports collagen synthesis, immune defense, adrenal function, and enhances iron absorption from plant foods.

Best Sources — Bell peppers, kiwi, citrus, strawberries, broccoli
Daily Target — 75–500mg/day

Daily Nutrition Tip

"Resistant starch in cooled starchy carbs (sweet potato, rice, oats) feeds beneficial gut bacteria and blunts blood sugar spikes — ideal for glucose regulation during hormonal shifts."
